Disgustingly messy, slow, and it's coin toss weather your food with be alright, or under-cooked. The staff is more concerned with talking among themselves than doing their jobs, and half the time they seem confused, or lost. Because putting food into a burrito, and wiping up your work space is such a complicated job. This location, over the last couple years, has just constantly gone down in quality. On top of that, they raised their prices a few times. I suggest you just go somewhere else. It'll be a better use of your money. Management needs to do something or their ratings are just gonna keep tanking, especially with all the food health issues Chipotle has been having lately. You'd think they'd be a bit more interested in reassuring their customers that their standards aren't sub par. Ah well.
The line was long which I knew ahead of time that was not a big deal but when it was our turn to order we waited another 10 min on chicken. When we were waiting a girl from the line started cleaning with her gloves on and never changed them when she was done not even cleaning them off. She was the one who grabs the lettuce and cheese to put on for burrito. Nasty
employee parker made sure i was taken care of and did so with a smile! chick fil a level customer service at a chipotle level taste thanks to this fine young man!
Every time I go to this restaurant, I am never dissapointed by the service, especially the employee Parker, he is possibly one of the best service members of any fast food place I have ever seen. He is always giving me the best service.
Listen to every other review. Avoid this location if you can. Couple times the food has been really solid - only reason for 2 stars. But I've gotten really sick from the hot salsa multiple times. (Addicted to this stuff...keep coming back). Employees need a better attitude towards life in general. You're working at Chipotle...is it really that bad? Get over yourselves and check your egos. Honestly pathetic! Are these adults working here or just really tall toddlers? Remember two friendly people on 10+ visits. Not recommended.
