When my husband and I eat at Chick-fil-A in Apple Valley we feel the Disney Experience. The staff are welcoming, the decor is bright and humorous, the food is quality and the facility is clean.
First time in a Chik Fil A....honestly the food was OK. It wasn't bad by any measure. It came out quickly and hot, but nothing really separated it from other fast food places. That being said the service was light years above what you'd expect. Everyone had a smile on their face, they were polite, and seemed to really care. The level of upbeat happiness in the place threw me off actually. Id happily return for that alone, plus the place was spotless, always nice to eat in a clean place.
This was my first experience eating at a Chick-fil-A restaurant and I was VERY impressed! When I walked in, an employee greeted me and opened the door for me. When I walked up to order, the cashier was very pleasant and polite. The girl who brought out my food was also very polite. The food tasted great and the restaurant was clean. When I left they said goodbye as well. This is how a fast food restaurant should be run and I will definitely be back.
Great Food! The chicken is always super good, and never dry. The staff are always helpful and willing to do anything they can for their customers.
Came for breakfast on 12/4 in the drive thru. The employee was super nice and friendly but I had a blonde hair in my food. I was so grossed out that I couldn't finish the other food that I ordered. I normally don't complain but I thought I would give them another try a week later on 12/14. Service again was awesome, but another hair in my food, this time a black one. Sorry but that's just nasty I will not be back. Have your employees wear hair nets.
One of my favorite items on the menu is the chicken noodle soup. Gives me that comfort food that brings back great memories of home.
