I was a former employee at this job and I would like to say that the staff are over worked, and management doesn't collaborate with each other and that's why some projectors don't work and that's the same reason why some movies say it's 3D and turns out 2D or Vice versa. They also have underage workers along with people not getting the right pay. Don't get me Started on customer service; instead of fixing problems they just hand out movie passes so that they can avoid the issue. I am no longer being a customer for this place.
Be prepared to bundle up to buy your ticket in their unheated entryway. Sound way too loud. Not the good seats. Only 2 places too get drinks and are crowded and people are slow with the confusing soda machine. Over priced popcorn was good tho.
Old theater with standard seats (versus the recliners most theaters have these days). They have a skeleton staff. Tickets are cheaper than other, nicer theaters but the concessions are the same if not more. A single hot dog with nothing else was $6.
This theater is the worst in Minneapolis/St.Paul! If you buy tickets online there are no kiosks to print you tickets from. And you have to wait in line with everyone that has not bought online to get your tickets. On top of that, the line for food is the same line for tickets. Very poorly managed. The seats in the theater are at least 15 years old. Just a poor excuse for a theater this day in age.
Great movie. The bathrooms we're terrible. Flooded toilets. It would have been better to close that bathroom.
