My son is autistic and we have been coming here for over 2 years now (since he was 2 years old). The staff have always been very kind to him and us, and very patient and understanding when cutting his hair. There are some times when it's difficult to get them on the phone, but other than that we have no complaints.
So yeah, that's my review. Train your employees how to handle all different types of children and stop being nasty towards clients.
We saw Autumn today for my son's first hair cut. She was awesome. My son was crying and screaming at first. She was so sweet and so gentle, he warmed up quickly and ended up doing pretty well. She did the cut super quickly and he looks adorable!!
Scheduling is no complication & their whole staff is very professional yet friendly & Mostly baby/kid Friendly. Our experience with baby's First haircut was very pleasant Even though baby did cry (He was fine afterwards) The Stylist was very patient and comforting & was able to continue his haircut in a timely manner . This place is just wonderful & Definitely will visit in the future I do recommend this place to others ☺️

If I could give zero I would. Not inviting at all. I could tell I was going to have problems when I made an appointment yesterday for a princess package and her stylist said "I guess we can find extra time for that package"
Stylist immediately wanted to see her. Did not say hi to her. I was trying to get my child off the floor and stylist wouldn't even come introduce herself to my child so she could feel maybe safe and welcomed.
It's better now that you can make appointments online. The ladies that work there are good at what they do.
came 20 minutes early today so my daughter could play for a minute since she has a really hard time moving from one activity to the next.
Excuse me? We are almost a half hour early. I would've hate to see how she handles all special needs children.
