Drove an hour from Rochester to pick up an iPhone 7 Plus in red, since this was listed as one of the only stores in the area that carried them online. Once I arrived, I was informed that there wasn't one in stock, and that since there was no contact info available (which was never asked of me online), I was not able to get a call to inform me of this. The associate at the store also informed me that his boss made him print the information that gave me notion the order was ready Normally, I would not have minded if this was a short drive down the street, but I drove an hour and wasted gas. There is a promo for a $100 gift card that I will not be able to use due to their mistake. I normally have no issues with Target, but this being my first time purchasing a phone from Target mobile I will not be returning for this reason ever again. The lack of communication cost me money and time.
We were a bit lost as we rarely shop there. I did notice how much more clothing they have for all sizes. I told my granddaughter it was an adventure for both of us! Did enjoy
Really disappointed in my target experience today. I went with my three-year-old daughter and thought they were going to have something fun for Halloween but when we got there at 1:09 p.m. it was already over even though it's supposed to be till 2 p.m. . Then I bought some chicken tenders which we're supposed to be good until 3 p.m. but we couldn't even eat them because they were so hard I also got a turkey and havarti sandwich but the bread was soggy so I couldn't eat that as well was extremely disappointed
I was just in there yesterday to quick grab 1 item. The entrance smelled strongly like rancid urine. The shelves in the toy section were quite torn apart and empty. Dust was on many packages of toys. The people working there seemed nice and friendly, but the store itself needs a deep cleaning.
Dissapointed. I needed one more gift for my Grandson. No 50% off of Christmas things until Tuesday. I won't be back until my mom needs to go. But I don't think so.
