Wife's favorite place to shop. Great selection of clothes and awesome clearance deals for all clothing categories. I'm a big guy and truly enjoy their big and tall section.
Nice shop with good variety, but employees are super rude. The shop also seems to be messy all the time and when you ask staff questions, they sigh and respond in an unpleasant tone. I prefer the Eagan location as their service is far more superior and they also tend to have better selections.
The store is always clean, staff is friendly, and clothing is usually well stocked in a variety of sizes. I love that you can order in-store items online and pick it up. Plus with all the coupons and sales you can get quality products for affordable prices!
If you ever need help in the cosmetic department, ask for Linda. I looked like a lost puppy with some product my friend suggested and she approached me asking me if I had used that product before. She then had me sit down and showed me an alternative product, tested the product I picked out and made countless helpful suggestions, that were absolutely amazing. Linda was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely cared about the products I was purchasing for myself. Wonderful experience!
If you need assistance you can't ever find an employee to help you. Also, prices have increased and discounts have decreased. They are no longer my "go to" store.
