I went to get an oil change. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they let me in and got my service completed in a timely manner. They are trustworthy and friendly.
Customer service was great. They had my car done in a reasonable time and I didn't even schedule an appointment!
I went there to get full Synthetic oil change. I was told that it will be two to three hours before they can service my car. I agreed. I told him that I will catch an Uber you think it will be ready on time when I came back? he said it will be ready. I left the car with them at 9:00 am, I got back at 1:15. when I got back, he told my car was not ready yet. When I Questioned him that it’s more than three hours, he said to me with very angry voice take your car somewhere else. I told him that you redeemed my Groupon coupon, how am I gonna get my money? He said he will reimburse me the money. I said ok and then he was like I cannot do that either. Take your car one of our the shops and threw the keys at me.I tried to speak, but he said that there’s no talking here, take your car and I am the manager like he can do whatever he wants. That was the worst experience I ever dealt with as customer. I won’t advise anyone to go that shop in Apple Valley. Stay away. Especially if you bought your Coupon from Groupon. I dealt with him in very respecting way, because I figured that is who is towards people with color and minorities, but my money matters and you won’t ever get money again or someone that I know. Words of mouth also matters.
These guys rock! Customer service A+. I had probably 50 good experiences, followed by one bad one. One of the guys at O'Reilly's suggested that I give Precision a try. I told him about my last experience, and he said the guy was no longer working there. When I told Mike, one of the techs, and Matt, the long-time owner, about it, they were gracious in taking the feedback, and thanked me for coming back. It's soooo nice to have honest, dependable mechanics back!! They went over the top to win back my business today and I appreciate it. Kudos to you guys.
PTAC Apple Valley is a trustworthy and easy to work with shop. Matt (owner) is a great guy and they do not ever try to upsell or push something on you that you don't need. It's a good feeling to find a shop you can feel confident in.
