Was a fair priced place to do business
Definitely ashamed in the fact that I was trying to place an order for tires but the guy I spoke with did not know what he was talking about in tire sizes. Straight up told me he did not know what he was looking at on the computer for tire sizes and could not help me. While I was there I Got an Alignment because my car pulled severely to the left and now not only does it still pull to the left but I have had 3 different warning lights ( Brake, Traction control, and ABS ) since I left the shop last week.
Called and made an appointment for 1 headlight to be changed. Was ask which side. I said drivers was quoted a price of $14.99 before taxes without me asking a price. Get to my appointment and the guy insisted i said i needed my taillight changed. He didn't get my name right nor did he get my phone number correct. So i know he wasn't listening but insisted i now pay $87 when i was not quoted that price. Will not be back if your reps can't even put things into the computer correct. You will not be touching my car. Think twice before you go here. At another location right a few blocks away and only was charged $40. This place will rip you off
Service was poor. This place ended up destroying the engine of my car & blamed me for it in a very rude manner. I will not be having any further service done here & will no longer purchase Firestone products.
I woke up to a flat tire and no air in my spare. My road assistance through Gieco towed my pickup to Firestone in Apple Valley. They were so friendly and kept the cost down. I will be going there for everything from now on.
