Had an amazing experience with Nate the assistant manager, and Jodi the manager at the Apple Valley location, off 150th, near Menards. We were given fantastic service. Advice was honest and they didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress.
Nate did a great job for me. He help me find a great mattress in my budge. He didn't try to selling something over my price.
Nate walked us through some comparable options that would work well for what we both wanted. He found a great deal on the mattress we decided on. He even found us a clearance model, at a different store, which was great for our budget! They had a free pillow deal going on and they were out of the pillows. He went out of his way, and got us some even better free pillows since they were out of the free ones!
We are 100% satisfied with the outstanding customer service Jodi delivered when helping us buy a new mattress. We saved $300 on our purchase over a competitor’s quoted price.
