Amazing customer service!!! Everyone I came in contact with were the best of the best!! I have been in Customer Service Management for 25 years. This locations staff made me smile multiple times. The 2 men working at the front door (in yellow jackets)on 11/17 around 3pm were incredibly helpful. The African American gentleman (I didn't catch his name) actually chased me in my car in the parking lot when I forgot my phone. Please be sure to thank this fella again for me! Went in to get new phones, waited in line, when the employee asked me "how can I help you real quick," when I then asked about getting new phones was told "this isn't my section I can't help" and walked away.
