I would prefer if they provided the car with a full tank. It is far easier to just top it off before returning than trying to guess how much fuel your should put back in to match the pick-up volume. But they probably know this and hope people just keep overshooting.
Renting a vehicle for long road trip was easy-peasy with Enterprise. I rented with only 1 day notice and Enterprise had the mini-van I needed to transport a family of 5. Check out and return both took 5 minutes each, with no surprises or hiccups. Thanks for the great service.
Needed a loaner car for some work that was being done on my car. Person who came to get me checked in to the loaner was a bit pushy on trying to get me to add the extra protection. I had the car for 10 hours and drove it to work and back to dealership (less than 50 miles), I noticed it said I drove over 400 miles. Have used other Enterprise locations and will continue to do so, but this one wasn't my favorite.
We rent from Enterprise whenever we go on a road trip. The cars have always been clean and ready to go. Not this time. We got a car that had stains all over the seat, windows had chocolate or something on it. My husband put his hand down the back seat and there was pink ink or something all over his hand. To top the whole thing off, before we left for our road trip I noticed that the tabs were 3 month past due. So instead of them coming to our house to pick them up, they told us to go to them and pick them up. Not the thing we wanted to do on the day we were leaving. We have never been more disappointed in Enterprise. The person who was showing us the car must have been new cause when we pointed everything out to him he acted as if he didn't know what to do or that the dirty windows were no big deal. We will be looking at renting our cars from someone else from now on.
We just worked with AV Enterprise as my husband hit a deer and totaled his car. Our insurance company were complete jerks with our rental but Alex, Abby, and team down at this enterprise made a crapy situation just a little less painful. Thank you to Alex for adding a silver lining and for having our back! We would recommend working with this branch.
