My salesperson, Leo, was stellar and certainly knowledgeable about the 2017 Taurus Limited Sedan I purchased. I've had the vehicle one day and am really liking everything about it. As with any vehicle purchase, only time will tell if it was a wise investment -- so far so good. As far as ease of purchase, all folks involved in the process were very professional and most important: personable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to update their current ride.
Doug was an excellent sales person. I needed a new reliable car pretty much as soon as possible. I saw a few cars online that I really liked and we drove to a few Apple Auto locations where the cars were located. He was very honest and I felt comfortable with making such a big purchase in a short amount of time. The car was everything I was looking for, so it was the right place and time. I'm extremely thankful and happy :)
Don't expect for the Quick Lane to be super quick, but the staff is very knowledgeable. My experience showed me that the staff is going to be very honest up front and explain everything that you'll need to know (or ask of them). Even though it's not quick they do what they can to make you comfortable while you wait. If you prefer to go home they'll get you a shuttle to home and back. If you go inside to wait, they have free drinks (coffee and other hot beverages) and popcorn in a nice lounge which has a TV and plenty of reading material. They also have a small children's space if your kids are with you
We had brought our car in for engine problems. They were very professional and kind to us. We ended up getting a engine replacement. Work was done great and done right. We also had a good amount of a bill left over and these guys took care of us on it, this was huge for us especially at the holiday time when your strapped the way it is. We will forever be greatfull for this experience we had here. I would rate a 100 if I could. If you need anything or work done go see these guys down there. I will recommend over and over again.
Derek was awesome...great sales guy. Mike McCormick was great to see again. The business lady who came to "close" the deal was awful. Very rude and condescending. She doesn't belong there. She ruined a great experience. By the way...the car is awesome!! I would buy there again in a heartbeat but just deal with the salespeople if I had a recommendation. They do it right...they won't get mad if you don't buy an extended warranty.
