I took my six month old grandson's stroller in for a wheel repair on a Sunday, I arrived ten minutes before they opened and there were people lined up waiting to get in. This was the day before a holiday and I just knew it would take a few days for a call saying it was done, after all it was a stroller not a bike but they called me that same afternoon letting me know it was done. I was so happy and impressed. It was a great feeling knowing I was a valued customer. Thank you

One of the most important factors when purchasing a bike is having a bike shop that will support your bike. I've had very positive experiences purchasing bikes, getting quality service, and quality bikes from Valley Bike and Ski. The sales people are very helpful and you can test ride the bikes.
Valley Bike's mechanics have bailed me out at the last minute not once but twice before major off-road bikepacking journeys. Apparently I have a knack for breaking something on my bike during the final hours of my prep before really long rides. Twice I've rushed into the shop during their evening hours, past the time I'm supposed to leave town, and they've stopped what they're doing to fix my bike. Both times they were efficient, thorough, and got the job done within an hour while I waited AND for a reasonable price too!

Great selection of winter and summer gear for everything from hiking to biking to skiing. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and more importantly, knowledgeable about all the equipment and gear. This is a great local shop with great gear.
