Just a useless bank over all stay away if you're young and care about your money. These people alter dates in transactions! Really thinking about going back to Wells Fargo. I never hated a bank so much. Please stay away. They are a waste of time they had me an hour and forty-five min late to work just to cash a 145$ check and this lady came in a cashed a 5,000 check with no problem! USELESS group of individuals. If you return anything it also takes for ever for you to get your money back even if the store has the item you returned. Stay the hell away from this bank people. I give them one star just because my direct deposit gets their on time but besides that their useless
I really like this location, Anthony is such a good banker. He is always cheerful and answers all my questions anytime I need help. All the staff here are great.
Never bank with Bank of America. They are truly Bank of Deceit of America and I'm serious. I opened a Core checking account with them two months ago and the fine print said they won't charge me Maintanance fee if I 1- direct deposit $250 or more in a month 2- if I maintain a balance of $1500 on my bank. I met both criteria but guess what? They still charged me $12 Maintanance fee. I called them to know why . Their answers were worse than the explanation I was expecting. They said the direct deposit has to be $250 lump sum or more. I'm self employed limo driver so my employer which is Square sends direct deposits everyday's sales on my account which is normally less than $200 a day but still will total more than 3K a month of direct deposit. So since my lump sum is not $250 or more, according to Bank of Deceit of America, I'm not eligible for Maintanance fee waiver. WHAT A SCAM BANK? NEVER WILL I EVER BANK WTH THEM AGAIN. NEVER

The worst banking experience ever. They won't cash their own checks. The lady working there is possibly the rudest person on the planet. She is NOT a customer service people person at all!! Run don't walk from this bank. It's gross how they go out of their way to not help customers.
